The Committee considered a report of the Principal Planning Officer which provided details of a recent appeal (for copy see file of Minutes).  

An appeal was submitted against the refusal of planning permission by the Northern Area Planning Committee for the change of use of public open space to domestic curtilage at 41 Carrowmore Road, Parkfields, Chester le Street.  The Inspector agreed with the Councils decision and dismissed the appeal.

That the report be noted.
