Resolved:
That under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 3 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
COVID-19 – update
S White, Acting Police, Crime and Victims’ Commissioner provided the Panel with an update on preparedness of the police to respond to the current COVID-19 situation.
The Chair thanked the Acting PCVC for the update which gave reassurance to the Panel.

That the report be noted.
