The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director of Regeneration and Local Services which sought approval for the introduction of a street works permit scheme with the implementation of the County Council of Durham Roads and Street Works permit scheme and a new staffing structure (for copy see file of minutes).

Resolved:

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
