The Panel discussed the Acting Police, Crime and Victims’ Commissioners recommendation to appoint Mrs Sharon Caddell as Temporary Chief Executive. It was moved by Councillor Jones, seconded by

Councillor Boyes.

Resolved:

That the Panel endorse the appointment of Mrs Sharon Caddell to the post of Temporary Chief Executive for the Acting Police, Crime and Victims’ Commissioner for Durham Constabulary in accordance with the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.
