Minutes:
Members were informed that the Licence Holder had advised both the Senior Committee Services Officer and the Licensing Enforcement Officer that he wished to surrender his Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver licence. He had been advised that this should be made formally in writing, and at 9.50 a.m. the Sub-Committee adjourned to allow the Licensing Enforcement Officer to contact the Licence Holder to seek written confirmation of this.
After re-convening at 10.15 a.m, the Licensing Enforcement Officer confirmed that the Licence Holder had now formally surrendered his Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence in writing.
