Freedom of the City
On behalf of Councillor Ormerod, Councillor Freeman suggested that an item in relation to Freedom of the City be placed on the agenda for a future meeting. The Clerk explained that a request in writing must be received by the Clerk to Charter Trustees, who would then produce a report detailing the criteria to be considered at a special meeting of the Charter Trustees for the City of Durham.
