The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director of Regeneration, Economy and Growth which sought approval to finance development of a third phase of NETPark, the north east’s premier science and technology park, together with authorising the next stage of the programme to appoint a design and build delivery partner (for copy see file of Minutes).

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
