The Business Manager informed the Committee that the report relating to speed and access restrictions had been presented for re-consideration by the Highways Committee following an administrative oversight at the previous meeting of the Highways Committee (for copy see file of Minutes). This was to ensure that those objectors to the scheme could make their representations to the Committee in person.  However, following further discussion with Green Lane Residents Association it had become apparent that a street name had been incorrectly identified in the text of the legal order.  Given this discrepancy it was felt appropriate to reconsider and re-advertise the legal order.  The Committee would then be in a position to consider the report early in the New Year.

Resolved

That the report be withdrawn to allow for a re-advertisement of the legal order.
