The Council considered a report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Climate Change which sought approval and adoption of a revised Statement of Principles (Gambling Policy) for 2022 to 2025 in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.  Once adopted, the revised policy would enable the Council to continue to make decisions when exercising its responsibilities as the Licensing Authority under the Gambling Act 2005 for the next three years (for copy see file of Minutes).
