Review of the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles
Minutes:
The Committee considered a report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Climate Change which sought approval to a revised Statement of Principles for 2022-2025 in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (for copy see file of Minutes).
The report provided details of the consultation carried out and the proposed revisions to the existing Statement of Principles.
Resolved:
That the proposed Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principlesfor 2022-2025 be approved and recommended to Council for adoption.
