Minutes:
The Licensing Team Leader informed the Sub-Committee that, prior to the commencement of the hearing, the Licence Holder surrendered the premises licence with immediate effect, in accordance with Section 28(1) of the Licensing Act 2003.
With that, the Chair concluded the business and thanked the parties for their attendance.
