The minutes of the meeting held on 6 December 2021 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the chair.

The Overview and Scrutiny Officer informed members of the following:

·      The response containing comments from the Committee to the consultation had been submitted to County Durham & Darlington Fire and Rescue Service;

·      That the Committee are to receive an update report on anti-social behaviour as a standard agenda item following comments to the presentation on Community Protection Service;

·      The Committee’s comments on the agenda items, Community Protection Service and Nuisance Motorbikes and Quads – Time Limited Action Plan had been forwarded to the Safe Durham Partnership Board, Cabinet Portfolio holder and relevant Council Service Groupings.
