The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Climate Change which reviewed enforcement activities under the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991, the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, and the Licensing Act 2003 for the period April 2021 to March 2022 and sought approval of a new enforcement programme for 2022/23 (for copy of report see file of minutes).

Councillors Wilkes and Shield in referencing the work undertaken during the pandemic welcomed the new enforcement programme.

Resolved:

That the recommendations in the report be approved.
