Minutes:
The Chair welcomed the Licence Holder to the meeting and introductions were made.
The Sub-Committee was requested to consider a report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhoods and Climate Change regarding the ongoing suitability of the Licence Holder to continue to hold a joint driver licence (for copy of report, see file of minutes).
The Licensing Enforcement Officer outlined the report and answered questions from the parties.
The Licence Holder and his representative then addressed the Sub-Committee and answered questions from the parties
After summing up, the Sub-Committee retired to deliberate in private at approximately 2.30 pm. On re-convening at approximately 3.10 pm, the Chair delivered the Sub-Committee’s decision.
Resolved:
That the Licence Holder’s joint driver licence be suspended, with immediate effect, pending completion of child sexual exploitation training.
