The Council considered a report of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services which requested approval for a dispensation for Councillor C Bell who was currently unable to attend any Council meetings due to ill-health (for copy see file of Minutes).

Moved by Councillor A Shield, Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Equality and Inclusion, Seconded by Councillor J Charlton.

That the recommendation in the report be approved.
