Councillor A Savory declared she had in interest in agenda item 5b as she was a member of Wolsingham Town Council who were in support of the application. However she had not taken part in any Town Council meeting where this application had been discussed.
Councillor G Richards declared a non-pecuniary interest in agenda item 5b as he knew the applicant.
