In response to a question from L Burton on the secondary school presentation, the Senior Professional Learning Advisor confirmed that the presentation would be delivered at the Spring SACRE meeting.

Members discussed the last two meetings of SACRE not been quorate and asked if the Constitution could be amended to allow meetings to take place even if the meeting was not quorate.

Members asked that the Legal Officer be invited to attend the next SACRE meeting to discuss amending the Constitution for Durham SACRE.
