In respect of the meeting held 12 December 2024, R Rodiss noted his recollection differed from the draft minutes included within the agenda pack as regards a comment from the Deputy Chief Constable, C Ivrine. 

He noted he had raised the matter with the Clerk and Monitoring Officer, H Bradley and consequently he would speak with the Deputy Chief Constable on the matter.  The Clerk and Monitoring Officer added that the minutes would not be altered, rather the matter would be recorded now, and should there the clarification from Deputy Chief Constable as regards a difference, that could be recorded under matters arising at the next meeting.

The minutes of the meeting held on 12 December 2024 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
