The Head of Pensions (LGPS) noted the Local Pension Board had met after the last meeting of the Pension Fund Committee and had no specific feedback for Committee.   He reminded the Committee of the work of the Board, receiving updates in relation to pension administration and performance, pensions legislation.

Councillor J Atkinson asked as regards feedback from the Board and attendance at Committee.  The Head of Pensions (LGPS) noted feedback was given, and noted Councillor A Hopgood had attended the Committee recently to present the Local Pension Board Annual Report.  He added that the Board would raise any issues with him at their meeting, with the agenda item being a standing item so that any issues could be brough to the attention of the Committee.

He noted the next meeting of the Board was scheduled for later today, 17 December 2024.
