The minutes of the meeting held on 23 May 2012, were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Mayor.

The Mayor advised Trustees that he had received a letter from the High Sheriff thanking him for his invitation to Mayor Making which he felt was a privilege to witness such an historic event and wanted his thanks noting.
