The Minutes of the last Meeting held on 5 March 2012 were agreed as a correct record and were signed by the Chair.

A Member asked for an update in relation to filling the vacancies on the Committee as he was concerned about member attendance at meetings. Bryan Smith, Litigation Manager explained that he was currently exploring the legality of an employee of the Council sitting on the Committee as an active member representative, and the Chair confirmed that he would pursue the appointment of a representative from Further Education Colleges.

Resolved:

That the filling of the vacant positions be pursued as a priority.
