The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director of Neighbourhood Services that provided an update on the activities of the Waste Programme, particularly with respect to the procurement of new waste management contracts, the introduction of the new collection arrangements for recycling and other developments in waste collection (for copy see file of Minutes).
