Minutes:
The Mayor asked that former Mayors be invited to future Mayor Making ceremonies which was agreed by Trustees.
Trustees discussed the timing of future meetings and the lack of attendance at meetings and Mayoral events.
Resolved:
(i) That former Mayors be invited to Mayor Making ceremonies.
(ii) That the Charter Trust meeting to be held on 24 July 2012 be moved to 19 September 2012 to immediately follow the County Council.
