Minutes:
The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director Regeneration and Economic Development which sought authority from the Council acting as Trustee of the freehold land, lying north east of Fourth Street Leadgate held on charitable trust for the formal exchange of the land with land at Watling Woods, held by the Council in a statutory capacity (for copy see file of minutes).
Resolved:
That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
