The Cabinet considered a joint report of the Corporate Director Resources and Assistant Chief Executive which provided comprehensive financial information to enable Cabinet to agree a 2013/14 balanced revenue budget. It further outlined the medium term financial plan for 2014/15 to 2016/17 and a fully funded capital programme for recommendation to the County Council on 20 February 2013 (for copy see file of minutes).

That the recommendations contained within the report be approved.
