The Minutes of the meetings held on 4 and 11 February 2013 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman, subject to the following amendments:

• Councillor Hopgood being shown as in attendance at the meeting held on 4 February 2013
• Under the attendance, the heading of ‘Members of the Committee’ being changed to ‘Durham County Council’ on both sets of minutes.

Referring to Minute No. 5 of the meeting held on 4 February 2013, the Assistant Chief Executive informed the Panel that both Durham County Council and Darlington Borough Council would take the filling of the Audit Committee places through their own Council structures.
