The Cabinet considered a report of the Corporate Director Neighbourhood Services which presented details of Enforcement activities under the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991, the Anti-social Behaviour Act and the Licensing Act 2003 for the period April 2012 to March 2013 and sought approval of the proposed enforcement programme for 2013/14.

Resolved:  

That the recommendations contained in the report be approved.
