To agree to appropriate land as shown edged red on the plan attached from Education Act 1996 to Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the purpose of business space managed by Business Durham.
It is recommended to agree to appropriate land as shown edged blue on the plan attached from Education Act 1996 to Open Space Act 1906 for the purpose of open space managed by Clean and Green.
