The Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order made under the provisions of the Highways Act 1980 s.119 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to divert Public Footpaths Nos. 28 & 36 Lynesack & Softley Parish, in the interests of the landowner, should now be confirmed.
