19/09/2018 - RES 2825 - Authorisation of Legal and Democratic Services Officers and Neighbourhood Protection Manager (Table 1 Paragraph 8) (Part A)

To authorise Officers within Legal and Democratic Services to exercise powers delegated to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services in accordancce with the Scheme of Delegations set out in appendix 2 to the report.

 

And

 

To authorise the Neighbourhood Protection (Engagement) Manager to apply the electronic signature of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to agreements for allotment tenancies, self-management agreements and grazing agreements.
