i) To authorise officers within Legal and Democratic Services to exercise powers delegated to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services
ii) To authorise the Neighbourhood Protection (Engagement) Manager to apply the electronic signature of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to agreements for Allotment Tenancies, Self-Management Agreements and Grazing Agreements
