03/12/2019 - RLS 4033 - The County Council of Durham Public Footpath No. 36 (Consett Parish) Public Path Diversion & Definitive Map & Statement Modification Order 2019 (Table 6 Paragraph 70) (Part A)

A Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order should be made under the provisions of the Highways Act 1980 s.119 and the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to divert Public Footpath No.36 Consett Parish in the interests of the landowner, and subsequently either confirmed or referred to the Secretary of State for determination.
