To amend the procedure rules shown at appendices 2 to 7 of this report to enable the Council to hold remote meetings following the implementation of the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020.
