The amendments to the Councils Discretionary Rate Relief Policy &
Business Rates Hardship Policy (as attached at Appendix 2) to add in new provisions for the Restart Grants and to remove provisions in relation to the LRSG schemes that have now closed.
These changes will take effect from 1 April 2021.
To enable the Council in making decisions on appropriate businesses to support and the appropriate level of grant, the Council, in adopting this policy, will reserve the right to vary the terms of the scheme at any time, and without notice.
