The reinstatement of enforcement agent action and legal action, in line with the timeframe below:
June 2021 Debtors Team create an up to date report of all outstanding invoices which have been issued with both 1st and 2nd reminders and refer this to service areas.
Debtors Team liaise with EAs and Legal to withdraw any existing (preCOVID) debts where no action has yet taken place. These debts are reset to the beginning of the recovery process (i.e. reminder letters).
July 2021 Service areas review lists of outstanding invoices and make decision as to how to progress.
August 2021 EA action and Legal action recommences for debts which have been considered appropriate for such action by services.
