An extremely busy main road runs through Langley Moor High Street, which has increasingly populated shops and amenities on both sides as well as a dance/music centre, which is predominantly visited by children. The cars on the A690 are frequently bumper to bumper and the existing crossing is about quarter of a mile from the main body of shops, so most pedestrians resort to dangerous 'jay walking' in order to cross. Please make this area safer for pedestrians.
