Note: Notice is hereby given that in compliance with paragraph 14 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules, the following matter ‘Welfare Reform – Report of Assistant Chief Executive [Key Decision: CORP/A/12/12/2]’ which was not published in accordance with paragraph 13 of the same rules, is to be referred to Cabinet to be held on 19 December 2012 as it would be impracticable to defer the decision to a later Cabinet meeting (see Agenda Item No. 4). Notice is hereby given that an item of business ‘Sale of Land at Pont Lane, Leadgate – Report of Corporate Director, Regeneration and Economic Development’ will be conducted in private at this meeting on the grounds that there is likely to be a disclosure to the public of exempt information by virtue of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, Part 1 Paragraph 3: Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the Authority holding that information).
