	The Chairman thanked Mr D Kinch, Co-opted Member for his commitment over the last three years and the valuable contribution he had made to the Children and Young People’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Mr Kinch would be joining the Environment and Sustainable Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee and Mr Josh Conlon would be asked to fill the vacancy on Children’s and Young People’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The Chairman and Members of the Committee wished Mr Kinch all the best for the future.
