Councillor Hopgood referred to the last paragraph on page 4 of the minutes which failed to name the Mover and Seconder of the Motion and omitted to state whether the motion was carried.  Councillor C Marshall informed Council that he had moved the Motion, however, the Seconder was not identified.  The Head of Legal and Democratic Services informed Council that the Motion had been carried and the Minutes would be amended to reflect this.

The minutes of the meeting held on 8 January 2014, as amended, were confirmed by the Council as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
