	Prior to commencement of business, the Clerk raised a point of order and informed Charter Trustees that he had received notice from Councillor B Coult that she would like to decline her seat in favour of the member with the second highest votes received at the 2021 Local Elections for Esh and Witton Gilbert, Councillor A Simpson. He advised that the Head of Legal and Democratic Services had agreed under delegated powers to accept the proposal and asked Charter Trustees to note the change.
